5. Misleading Advertisements and False Claims
- Any business making misleading statements about weights, measures, or pricing can be penalized with fines starting from Rs 10,000 to Rs 1 lakh.
- If the violation continues, the offender may face imprisonment for up to one year.
6. Non-Registration of Manufacturers, Dealers, and Importers
